To be clear: I don’t think Digital Leasing is a scam. The model is real, Joshua is real, there are genuine student wins, and it’s not pretending you’ll be rich in a week.
But there are a few things you should keep your eyes open for:

You can’t see the price, payment structure, or refund policy upfront. That doesn’t automatically mean anything shady, but it does mean you need to be clear and firm on your own budget going into the call.

Most programs in this space have tiers — main program, advanced mastermind, 1:1 mentorship, etc. Don’t be surprised if you’re shown “higher levels” down the line.
3. Time to Results
If you’re coming in expecting to replace your income in 60 days, the reality of SEO and ranking might disappoint you. The model is long-term; treat it as such.
4. Over-reliance on Testimonials
Student success stories can be inspiring, but they’re also marketing assets. Most people joining any program will never hit the peak case studies — that’s just how numbers work.
Is Digital Leasing Legit?
In my opinion, yes – Digital Leasing is a legitimate program built around a real, proven business model.
Where people get disappointed is usually not “this was fake” but:
- “I underestimated how long SEO takes.”
- “I didn’t have enough budget going in.”
- “I didn’t realise how much effort the first few sites would be.”
So my verdict is:
Digital Leasing is legit, but it’s not magic.
It’s a structured way to learn local lead generation under a recognised coach, not a shortcut that bypasses the work.

If you’ve also come across Rent Digital Assets or Digital Rental Method, here’s the part most people don’t realise:
They all come from the same creator — Joshua T. Osborne — just packaged under different brands.

But…
Not all versions of this model are created equal.
Digital Leasing, Rent Digital Assets, and Digital Rental Method are all modern spinoffs.
In contrast, the model I personally recommend is the original version of this entire space — the one that’s been working consistently for more than a decade, long before all the newer variants appeared.
It’s still a premium program, yes.
But the reason I recommend it is simple:
It’s the most stable, predictable, beginner-friendly implementation of local lead generation.
