I personally spent over $10,000 on solo ads back in 2015 when it was arguably more profitable, but even then I struggled to actually make a return on investment. Think about it logically; why would a list owner allow you to rent their list for let’s say $.0.50 per click (visitor to your landing page) when they should be able to make far more than that promoting offers as an affiliate themselves, or creating their own offers.

This shows that the majority of people selling solo ad clicks don’t believe their leads are that valuable and therefore are happy to get a guaranteed $0.50 – $1 per click instead.
